Liquorice powder CWK
Characteristics:
- Brown spray-dried powder
- High amount of glycyrrhizin acid, ± 20% HPLC.
Application:
- This powder has a big impact on the sweetness and flavour of your product.
Mono Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate (MAG powder)
Characteristics:
- White powder, derived from the liquorice root by several extraction steps and stabilized as the Ammonium salt.
- Concentrated form of glycyrrhizin, the active component of the liquorice root.
- Anti-inflammatory properties.
Application:
- This powder enhances the sweetness (approx. 50 – 100 times sugar) and mouthfeel of your product.
- Can be used as bitterness masking agent.
Di Potassium Glycyrrhizinate (DPG powder)
Characteristics:
- White powder, derived from the liquorice root by several extraction steps and stabilized as the Potassium salt.
- Concentrated form of glycyrrhizin, the active component of the liquorice root.
- Anti-inflammatory properties.
Application:
